About Me

Hi, I'm Mark Fragale, passionate about bringing sports stories to life on TV.

Experience Counts

My experience is impactful because it shows I can produce, at scale, what many sports-media and higher-ed organizations are trying to build: I have originated and lead complex live sports productions from concept through delivery, manage multimillion-dollar budgets and large mixed teams, and consistently meet national broadcast standards.

Work

Live Sports Broadcast

My work centers on leading high-level, live sports and university productions while developing people and systems around them. As Executive Producer/Director for RIT Sports Network and head of the university’s video department, I oversee everything from concept and creative direction to engineering, staffing of Five RIT full time staff and over 70 student workers, and multimillion-dollar budgets, all while delivering broadcasts that meet regional and national standards. Alongside this, I teach digital video and sports media production as an adjunct professor, using real-world productions to mentor students and build the next generation of crew and producers.

Behind The Scenes

I sit at a rare intersection of university politics, athletics media, and classroom teaching, using real productions to mentor and pipeline the next generation of producers, directors, and editors. That blend of operational control, strategic planning, and talent development makes my work valuable not only to networks and pro teams, but also to conferences and universities that need leaders who can professionalize their in-house production while preparing future industry talent.
